Consultations, Scope and Fees
The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation to continue. If you choose to onboard, the service scope and fixed fee are confirmed after the consultation based on the circumstances of the case. Payment, cancellation, refund and termination terms are set out in the written engagement agreement for that service.
Professional Roles
New Life Debt Solutions is a debt consultancy and is not a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. New Life can organize information, explain general options and support the debt-settlement process. Only a Licensed Insolvency Trustee can complete the formal assessment, filing and administration of a consumer proposal or bankruptcy. You may contact a trustee directly.
New Life does not represent clients before the Canada Revenue Agency. Tax, legal, accounting and regulated insolvency work must be performed by the appropriately qualified professional.
No Guaranteed Outcome
No debt reduction, creditor response, credit-score change, CRA decision, approval, filing or other result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your facts, eligibility, creditors and third-party decisions.
Third Parties and External Links
The website may link to government sources or other professionals. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Any applicable referral, business relationship or third-party fee should be disclosed before you agree to proceed.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or send highly sensitive account credentials through a public form.
